For in-store purchase or in-store pick ups, customers will pick their PoB(s) randomly from available PoBs
For shipping orders, PoBs will be picked randomly by our shipping manager!
All items that are not in store yet, will have their ETA shown in their item page
Please kindly understand that ETA are estimate and is not a guaranteed date, and some special editions and items with PoBs may take 1~2 weeks or more than regular versions of the items
